Along Market Street, in what has come to be known as the ‘Mid-Market’ area, an array of and new luxury hotels and hundreds of brand new residential units were added to the neighborhood in the 2010s.
Civic Center Plaza frequently hosts food trucks, live music, and is home to the popular Heart of the City Farmers’ Market. Nearby, you’ll find community gardens, tiny parklets, and privately-owned public open spaces.
