The year saw a steady flow of ultra-luxury and record-setting home sales beginning with 3450 Washington Street, San Francisco's all-time priciest listing, settling up at a whopping $34.5 million.

Starting in Q1 with the sale of 3450 Washington Street — San Francisco's 5th highest-price home ever — and wrapping up the year with 130 Sea Cliff Avenue achieving a record high $/sqft for the Sea Cliff neighborhood, the ultra-luxury real state market was unfazed by headwinds in 2023. By no means an exhaustive round-up, other notable sales include:

› 9 25th Avenue, 2nd all-time highest-price in Sea Cliff

› 2121 Webster Street #PH1-7, all-time highest-price condominium in Pacific Heights, 3rd all-time highest-price condominium citywide

› 23 Presidio Terrace, all-time highest price in that gated enclave within Presidio Heights
