Pre-sales at The Belvedere are imminent, and eager condo buyers now have a first look at its varied layouts ranging from approx. 1,195 to 1,951 square feet. Prices expected to begin near $1.5 million.

Pre-sales at The Belvedere are imminent, and eager buyers looking to purchase one of the brand new condominiums now have a first look at select two- and three-bedroom layouts. The units are spacious, ranging from approximately 1,195 to 1,951 square feet plus private outdoor areas accompanying all but three homes. Notable design highlights include open-concept kitchens and island seating, primary ensuite baths with freestanding soaking tub, and bedrooms arranged for optimal privacy.

Official pricing has not yet been released however according to a source at Vanguard Properties, the broker representing the project, units will begin around $1.5 million. Private showing opportunities and preferred lenders will be announced in the coming weeks.
