Then, the first resale at 2238 Market appeared in October and listed at $899,000 (down from its $965,000 sale just last year). Both are still available.
Most recently, last week, the only 1-bedroom penthouse at ICON arrived and it is priced to excite at $859,000. That’s a ±6 percent drop below its last sale, and a whopping 20+ percent off its inaugural purchase in 2014.
