Maison Pacific is, without doubt, San Francisco’s most hotly anticipated new development launch of 2023. We’re counting down the days to accompanying our clients on early access tours, and representing exclusively future homeowners in cooperation with the sales team at JS Sullivan Sales & Marketing.

Beginning this summer, model homes and select amenity spaces will soft open by appointment. First pick of the 44 market-rate residences will be restricted to buyers who have obtained mortgage pre-approval from a preferred lender. That said, we predict 1-beds will start from the mid-$700,000s, 2-beds from $1.1 – $1.2 million and 3-beds at $2 million and up; monthly association dues may range from $600 to $1,000 depending on square footage. Secure on-site parking will be available for purchase with most 2- and 3-bed homes.
