198 Valencia Private Previews, Launch Imminent
Hot off the press!
JS Sullivan Development’s latest project 198 Valencia in San Francisco’s Mission Dolores neighborhood is gearing up to begin sales of its 25 market-rate condominiums with a week of exclusive previews by appointment only. The project is still under construction, so closed-toe shoes and full-length pants are a must for visitors, and hardhats will be provided.
Tours will take place April 8th thru 21st. Contact us today to reserve your spot.
We’re told that homes will start in the $600,000 range. No exact unit pricing is available for the first release, however we expect it to be in line with other new construction projects at approximately $1,200 per square foot. Additionally, we anticipate modest monthly HOA dues in the ballpark of $450-$500. Stay tuned to our Instagram stories for the latest insights.
Qualified buyers can purchase one of 198 Valencia‘s brand new units with as little as 5% down, and may qualify for up to $17,500 in special grants.
