The development provides for approximately 9,000 square feet of shared outdoor space in the form of a landscaped courtyard and rooftop lounge with multiple seating and barbecue areas.
Between the east and west buildings, The Alley connects Howard and Natoma Streets. This public pedestrian walkway is designed to accommodate outdoor cafe seating as well as private entry to select homes.
Street-level commercial, retail and restaurant space fronting Howard and 9th Streets totals more than 14,000 square feet.

At the time of publication, official marketing for 1288 Howard states that units are now selling. However, we have not received reports of any sales and the sales team did not respond to our requests for information. We expect that sales will *actually* commence some time in Q1 2022.
