Last week, our insiders here at VULCCA received a private hardhat tour of the under-construction Maison à SOMA condominium project in San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhood, courtesy of the sales team JS Sullivan Sales & Marketing, Inc. Three model homes are on display, each representative of the varying unit layouts available in the developments first release: 1 Bedroom, 1 Bedroom + Den, and 2 Bedroom.

A sampling of these eight first release offerings and at least two others have now landed on the MLS, including a 1-bed/1-bath unit listed at $648,000 which may be the lowest priced home. See them all here.
Monthly HOA dues for these residences are all in the low- to mid-$400 range. These are among the lowest of Maison à SOMA‘s new construction competitors nearby, namely OneEleven, Serif, The Oak and The Quinn.
