The Quinn SF Condos Land On MLS
Just one week after listing broker Polaris Pacific announced the launch of sales at The Quinn, two units in this brand new South of Market condominium building appeared on the MLS. While it’s unusual to have foregone a pre-sale reservation period, we’re willing to bet that the looming holiday season market slowdown and recall of workers to the office played a part in the decision to get these homes to the public stat. The two units on the MLS include a 1-bed/1-bath/537sqft condo and a 2-bed/2-bath/887sqft condo from the Artist Collection (one of the development’s three collections).
Introductory home pricing here in the sub-$700,000 range is on par with The Quinn’s new construction competitors nearby, namely OneEleven, Serif, The Oak and the forthcoming Maison à SOMA. It is worth noting however that there is no on-site parking available at The Quinn.
Marketing remarks describe 345 8th Street #305:
The Quinn is a boutique community comprised of 38 residences that represent the intersection of art, architecture and life. It’s a home born of collaboration, bringing together designers, architects, artists & creatives to craft a truly boutique residence. The residences at The Quinn are a mixture of one & two bed flats as well as loft-style homes, some with private outdoor space. This courtyard-facing one-bed & home spans ~537 square feet a generous living area and interior finishes that reflect a modern aesthetic, such as floor-to-ceiling windows, and modern wide-plank white-oak hardwood floors. The kitchen features Quartz countertops, herringbone Calacatta marble backsplashes, soft-close & high-gloss white cabinetry, Bertazzoni ovens and ranges, Bosch paneled dishwashers, and wine fridges. Bathroom features a Kohler lighted mirror, Grohe Chrome fixtures, high-gloss white cabinetry and Calacatta marble backsplashes.
To amend the above description of the unit mix, there is at least one studio and one 3-bed flat in the building — both belonging to the Skyline Collection.
