Adjacent to the Transbay Terminal and Salesforce Park, the skyscraper to rise at Block 4 is envisioned as a 450-foot-tall residential tower with mid-rise townhouse buildings around its base. The project will provide a substantial number of both market-rate and affordable units in the downtown area.
