Inspired by Pier 70’s legacy of maritime manufacturing, Parcel K North designed by Handel Architects celebrates the art of construction. This new mid-rise mixed-use development will reflect the robust, straightforward massing of historic structures on the pier once home to Union Iron Works and Bethlehem Steel. When complete, Parcel K North will include 245 condominium residences, an expansive terrace, and ground-level commercial and maker spaces.

With the redevelopment of Pier 70, this stretch of San Francisco waterfront where Dogpatch meets the bay will be open to the public for the first time in more than 100 years. When complete, it will be a place with creativity at its core, embracing history while envisioning the future, and open to all.
