When the Oceanwide Center is completed, the taller of its two towers will be the tallest residential structure on the West Coast at 910 feet, with 1.2 million square feet of office space and 109 residences. The second tower will include a Waldorf Astoria hotel and 155 residences.

Here in the Transbay District area of San Francisco, pedestrian access and public spaces are key. At the street level, Oceanwide Center’s towers are open, transparent, and accessible – their base provides a six-story urban room and new footpaths thru the site.
