Site of California Pacific Medical Center since 1887 and with existing buildings dating to 1938, 3700 California is a large-scale mixed-use development which will be realized through the collaborative efforts of TMG Partners, Grosvenor America, and Robert A.M. Stern Architects. This projects calls for the creation of 31 buildings executed in a variety of traditional architectural styles, retention of an existing apartment building, and conversion of an historic Art Deco structure to residential use. When completed, 70 percent of these 14 single-family homes and 259 multi-family units will have at least two bedrooms.
