Located at the corner of Polk and Sutter Streets, this boutique collection of 54 condominium residences fuses eco-friendly infrastructure and wellness-inspired amenities. Sales at ORAN are scheduled to officially launch later this month however private tours by appointment are taking place now. Pricing starts in the low $500,000s for one-bedroom residences, and two-bedrooms begin at around $1 million. HOA dues vary by unit and are exceptionally low, approximately $200 to $300 per month. Secure parking is available for purchase, while supplies last, for an additional $75,000.
